Who doesn’t love recess?! Apex R.E.C.E.S.S. is launching Spring Break 2020 for elementary kids to get a fun, inclusive, group workout. This is a collaboration between Dennis Dixon & Apex CEO Jeron Mastrud, who both share a passion for helping create a healthier community & working with the youth. 

R.E.C.E.S.S. stands for Redefine, Education, Community, Environment, Sportsmanship & Self-Confidence. 

Bring your children and experience what Apex R.E.C.E.S.S. is all about! Attendance is capped at 24 kids per session so the coach to student ratio is 12:1 at max. Click the button below to signup for the session that fits your schedule!

This class is for expecting mothers and post-partum women. 

Dr. Jaydee will focus the workout on safe & effective exercises and movements for expecting mothers & mothers anywhere on the pregnancy spectrum.

Middle school athletes come join the Apex squad during Spring Break for an awesome full body workout! These sessions are a collaboration between Dennis Dixon & Apex CEO Jeron Mastrud who love working with the youth. Not only that, it is important to work on athletic fundamentals while the body is growing.

There are two different workouts, one on Tuesday 3/24 & one on Thursday 3/26. They will be different workouts and you may come to both workouts. They will feature resistance bands, med balls, agility drills, plyometrics and more!

High School Football players, you DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS! Former Oregon Duck QB, 2x Super Bowl Champion, Dennis Dixon & Former 1st Team All Big XII, Kansas State, Miami Dolphin & Oakland Raider Tight End, Jeron Mastrud have a detailed mini camp sure to take your son to the next level in his football career!

This is a 3 day mini camp (just like the NFL) on Monday, Wednesday & Friday of Spring Break from 11am-2pm (3 hours) each day.

It will run just like a day in a college or professional program so your son can get a glimpse at life at the next level. It will include a weight training workout for 45 minutes, an installation meeting of the day’s football drills, offensive schemes against each defense, snack and film breakdown to improve.

Space is limited to 4 QBs, 6 RB/FBs, 6 TEs. You’re signing up for all three sessions.

Join the Apex Ascent Program Unlimited to Champion Your Body. Attend classes six days per week, Monday through Saturday, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and Athlete Recovery on Saturday. This program is $199 per month.

Join the Apex Ascent Program Limited to Champion Your Body. This program is a monthly membership to come once per week (4 sessions per month). You can use this to come to whichever session is most convenient for you (ex. 10:45am Athlete Recovery). Adults use this option to attend Saturday sessions.
