Preparing for tests
- We recommend doing this test fasted for consistent results each scan!
- Do not workout, eat, or consume caffeince prior to tests – 4 hours minimum
- Avoid wearing metal (belt buckle, bra strap, etc)
- Instead, wear workout clothes with minimal accessories
- Reports will be emailed to you
- Weight limit is 350lbs
