OJVA Private Athletic Development Training
OJVA and APEX PWR are partnering to help improve overall athletic development so every athlete can develop into max potential.
In the Private Team Workouts, we will focus on:
- vertical jump
- rotational power
- single leg strength
- power & explosiveness
- shoulder & upper back strength
- agility
- reaction time
- injury prevention
The OJVA athletes will have exclusive access to the private team workouts – only they can join. But they can also join our general athlete development workouts (Mon-Sat). For example, if an athlete is looking to improve their strength & athleticism more than 1x/week, they can come to Wednesday 7pm OJVA workout, but also come to a Friday workout and Saturday workout to get the most out of their time here with us!
