Group workouts and 1 on 1 sessions are for pregnant and postpartum mothers of all ability levels and stages of pregnancy and recovery.
The workout classes are typically FREE, will run 45-minutes and focus on strength and stability of the whole body. We will also incorporate functional movements designed to support the female body in this beautiful (and challenging!) season of life.
Spots are limited. Come and be ready to have fun, challenge yourself as much as you’re comfortable, and feel powerful in the strong & capable body you have.
