We work with youth to professional athletes, but this workout is for ADULTS ONLY!
This workout will be one hour and work full-body strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. There will be mobility and injury prevention to start the workout, then a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, and med balls to challenge & build your strength in a circuit style exercise format.
