Our performance center is just under 10,000 square feet and contains all of the equipment you need to prepare to compete at the highest level, including 40+ yards of turf, wall ball area, SkiErgs, rowers, kettlebells and more!
On top of the space and equipment, at APEX PWR in Portland, OR, we have a team of physical therapists, nutritionists, and performance staff to help you fine tune your training, measure progress over time and bounce back from any injuries or limiting aches/pains.
Our Hyrox training takes place on the weekends, primarily on Saturdays with two separate groups, one for beginners and one for advanced competitors.

Your Hyrox training in Portland, OR is led by Dr. Kevin Le, DPT. Not only is Kevin a doctor of physical therapy, but he’s also a high-level amateur triathlete competitor and endurance coach. Hyrox events are endurance events with a minimum level of strength required. Kevin is your coach to help you understand all things endurance, pacing, and total performance.
Kevin specializes in movement efficiency, injury treatment and prevention, progressive overload, and strength development. He also helps with running economy, compromised running, and provides physiology testing, such as lactate testing and VO2 Max testing, to help you understand more about your fitness level and training approach.
Together, our team ensures your HYROX training is both effective and safe.
