The Longevity Performance Assessment is a 30-minute, data-driven snapshot of the strength, balance, and power that protect your healthspan. Using validated, force-based testing (VALD technology), we evaluate key neuromuscular qualities that are strongly linked to long-term function, injury resilience, and performance. Each assessment is individualized based on your age, fitness level, injury history, and goals, helping cut through the noise of gimmicks and guesswork with objective, science-backed insight. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of where you are now, and a smarter, more informed path forward for maintaining independence, resilience, and performance over time.

What’s Included

  • Brief guided warm-up

  • Force plate–based testing using VALD technology

  • Testing performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or CSCS

  • Upper- and/or lower-body testing based on your goals

  • Max-effort or near-maximal testing (when appropriate)
