Every program is customized to your goals, running history, and current fitness level so you can progress with purpose.

One Time Run Consultation
This is your starting line. Our One-Time Running Consultation is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear plan for progress, whether you’re brand new to running, coming back after time off, or fine-tuning for a race. You’ll work 1-on-1 with a coach to evaluate your current training, movement, and goals, leaving with actionable strategies you can implement right away.

- Goal and training history review to understand your unique needs
- Gait analysis and movement assessment for injury risk and efficiency
- Strength training review and recommendations for better running performance
- Program evaluation or creation of a personalized example run and strength plan
- Education on pacing, volume, and intensity for sustainable progress

Monthly Run Coaching 1x
This is your plan for consistent, progressive improvement. Our Monthly Run Coaching program is built for runners who want expert guidance, personalized programming, and accountability — without the guesswork. With one in-person or virtual session each month, you’ll get targeted adjustments, clear feedback, and the tools you need to run at your best.
Includes:
- One 45-minute in-person or virtual coaching session each month
- Full intake covering goals, training history, injuries, gait, and strength training needs
- Custom running program with workouts tailored to your fitness, schedule, and recovery needs
- Strength training program designed to build durability and reduce injury risk
- Gait and technique analysis to improve efficiency and comfort
- Email support for questions between sessions

Monthly Run Coaching 2x

With two in-person or virtual sessions each month, you’ll stay on track, make quicker adjustments, and get the personalized attention you need to progress faster. This is ideal for runners preparing for a race, coming back from a setback, or aiming to hit a new performance milestone.

- Two 45-minute in-person or virtual coaching sessions each month
- Comprehensive intake covering goals, training history, injuries, gait, and strength needs
- Ongoing gait and technique analysis to improve efficiency and prevent injury

Lactate testing measures the accumulation of lactate in your blood as you progressively increase exercise intensity.
