Our Sports Performance system is built for one thing: results. Whether you’re just getting started in competitive sports or preparing for the next level, our programs deliver targeted, data-driven training that builds stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. 

Led by Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), our coaches use collegiate-level training principles combined with state-of-the-art tools like speed gates, force testing, and movement screening to maximize each athlete’s performance and minimize injury risk.

This is where it starts. Titans focuses on body control, movement coordination, and reactive speed. Athletes are introduced to resistance training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight — all in a competitive, high-energy environment. We prepare them for long-term success in any sport.

GRL PWR (Grades 6-12)

Weight Training Class for Females, Led by Females.

New in summer of 2025 is a workout class for females only, instructed by female, certified strength & conditioning specialists. Every Friday there will be two groups: middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (9-12). This class is designed to help girls build confidence in the weight room, create a foundation of strength & healthy relationship with the gym for the future. This is perfect for girls that are brand new to weight training, along with those that are experience. Our coaching expertise combined with equipment variety and facility allow for all levels to be appropriately challenged. Female athletes that purchase a membership (listed above) can also use sessions to attend GRL PWR!

FAQ - Athlete Development Program:

Start with a FREE consultation with our customer success team to establish the best route for your athlete. If the injury is limiting performance or participation, then starting with a 1 on 1 sports physical therapy evaluation would be best. From there, our expert sports physical therapists can outline the best blend of physical therapy and speed + strength training.

No! There are different workouts available 6 days per week to provide your athlete with flexibility to maintain consistent training as school and sport's schedules change.

Our program is modeled after division 1 collegiate athlete programs and pro athlete programs with similar structure and most importantly, progression over the summer. This program is designed by and coached by doctors of physical therapy and strength and conditioning specialists to ensure your athlete has qualified and well trained eyes on them every workout. We want your athlete to be properly exposed to the basics and progressions that they can expect at a higher level. Obviously, with our younger 8-13 age group, this will be much more scaled down for their age and ability, but have a similar foundation. It will also be centered around making training fun (as opposed to feeling forced leading to burn out) & building a broad, general athletic foundation so they're ready for any sport they choose later.

This is also a PROGRAM, not just general workouts here and there. With a PROGRAM, there are progressions. We have different phases planned for your athlete that they will move thru during the summer. This ensures gains in strength, speed, jumping and more!

YES! Our workouts help increase mobility, flexibility and stability. This will be achieved through various exercises and movements from a dynamic warm up to start to an active cool down to finish. Most importantly, your youth athlete will learn what they can be doing at home to continue their improvement on the days they're not at APEX.

A result of strength and conditioning, with plyometric training incorporated in, is the ability to jump higher and further. We will also be testing vertical jumping at the start and end of the program to track progress. With our programs, you can expect your child to jump higher, but training safely to improve overall athleticism as well.

No matter the sport, training the fast twitch muscle groups will help an athlete get faster. We emphasize training both fast and slow twitch throughout every session to help improve speed, agility, strength, explosion, balance and more. We will also be testing starting acceleration and other metrics at the start and end of the program to track progress.

All of our workouts & programs involve strength training. The difficulty & progression is different for each age group. We aim to build strength for athletes because it is a foundational element of increasing performance and decreasing injury risk.

Based on our practice of physical therapy here at APEX (that’s actually how we started our business!), we focus on core components of fundamental strength training which reduces the risk of injury by building the muscular system to better support the body. There is a massive crossover between sports performance and physical therapy training, sports performance is just the next level of the work you would do in a physical therapy session with us. Most of our patients treat their physical therapy with us as a workout, getting the best results for their effort. This also helps to reduce the risk of overtraining.

Soccer athletes have one of the highest risks of ACL and knee injuries. This is THE BEST environment to help your soccer athlete decrease their injury risk, while still making improvements to their overall athletic ability.

Term & Billing:
The memberships are billed monthly and include either limited (1x/week) or unlimited access to Sports Performance training sessions. Billing recurs automatically each month on your sign-up date.

Cancellation & Downgrades:
To cancel or downgrade this membership, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your next billing cycle. Requests made within 30 days of your renewal date will take effect the following month. No mid-month cancellations, prorated refunds, or session rollovers are permitted.

Usage Policy:
These memberships grant limited or unlimited access to designated Sports Performance sessions. It may not be shared, transferred, or paused without written approval from the APEX PWR staff.

Injury or Emergency Policy:
If an injury, illness, or emergency arises, please notify our team as soon as possible. While this membership does not include built-in pauses or refunds, we will evaluate each case individually and may offer a credit or pause when appropriate. We aim to support every athlete with fairness and care.

Agreement:
By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms above, including billing, usage, and cancellation policies.

Our 3 month membership commitment is for athletes (and their parents) that want consistency, structure and results. 3 months of training is a minimum starting to point to see real results for athletes at any ages. 

As a bonus for making the commitment to 3 months of training with us, your athlete will receive one (1) thirty minute, 1 on 1 training session with one of our coaches. Additionally, they will receive one APEX swag item.

This membership is also discounted from the month to month rate.

Auto-Renewal Policy:
This membership automatically renews every 3 months unless written cancellation or downgrade request is submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued once a new 3-month cycle has begun.

Cancellation, Downgrade, & Refund Policy:
No cancellations, downgrades, or refunds are permitted during an active 3-month term. However, members may choose to downgrade to the In-Season or Month-to-Month Off-Season membership at the end of the current term, provided a minimum 30-day notice is given prior to renewal.

If an injury, illness, or emergency prevents participation, please reach out to our team. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are committed to evaluating cases individually and may offer a pause or future credit when appropriate.
