- 📉 Body fat dropped from 31.3% to 26.4%
- 💪 Lean mass increased from 134.2 lbs to 139.6 lbs

Bob is already looking ahead to his next milestone: dropping below 24% body fat, which would put him in the “ideal” range for his age group based on national averages.
