I’ve been passionate about human performance and endurance training since high school, doing my first triathlon when I was 15. Since then, I’ve done numerous Ironmans and Half Ironmans and have qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. I also coach triathletes and runners from beginner to professional, including an Olympic hopeful who is the 9th ranked female in the US.
As a physical therapist, I specialize in endurance athletes. I try to combine PT involving rehab/strength training with endurance coaching to ensure my patient returns to injury-free training.
I hope to build on Apex PWR’s wellness testing and bring performance-oriented services to the table, such as lactate testing, gait analysis, and bike fitting. If you are interested in improving your VO2max, endurance performance, or general strength and cardiovascular fitness, I would love to work with you!
